We take credit card details when you book with us. This is not a charge to your card, but a pre-athorisation that is required to confirm your booking. Details are encrypted.

Bookings are allocated a 2 hour seating time. Groups larger than 6+ are allocated extra time to their booking.

24 hours advance notice of all cancelations is required to avoid a fee of $50pp.

Any decrease of party size within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of $50pp.

We now live in a world with COVID-19, and sadly cannot accept this as a reason to refund late cancellation charges.

Pre-paid ticket events are non-refundable. We encourage you to find someone to fill your booking if you cannot make it.

All dinner bookings of 6+ are required to dine on our $90pp Ñom Ñom Chef's Menu.

Our kitchen is small, and while we endeavor to cater to most dietaries, we ask that you disclose this information at the time of booking to ensure we can cater to your needs. Vegan diets have limited options without providing sufficient notice.

If you are require special seating arrangements, for mobility reasons or otherwise, please disclose this at the time of booking.

Public Holiday Bookings incur a 15% surcharge.
